    i use cucusoft for converting my own videos and dvd to zune ~1 month. Works very fast, a lot of options, friendly interface

    converts with good quality and very easy to use. you can start with trial, but dont spend a lot of time for this - watermarks will kill all your job! and you will have to reconvert everything again
